The ODPM have a requirement for an extract of Supply Map data to be generated from each SPLS system and submitted to ODPM on a quarterly basis. The data contained in this extract includes:
Existing Supply Map information;
SP Funding information (to replace previous Legacy Funding information);
New Q&M data (including Performance Indicator (PI) data, Quality Assessment Framework (QAF) data, Service Review data and Accreditation details);
New ‘Service-rich‘ data.
The ODPM require that an extract be submitted in August 2004, by which time full functionality to satisfy all mandatory requirements must be available within SPLS systems. Note that all 27 tables must be submitted in August 2004, as specified in Section 2.2
However, since certain of the information is new and will take time for the Administering Authorities (AAs) to collect and, in recognition of changes to other requirements, this document clarifies what the ODPM consider to be the minimum information content for the initial extract submissions.
