Directory local helpline update instructions

The May 2007 upload period is the first one in which AAs are able to amend their own helpline details on the Directory of Services. All AAs should complete this task before the end of the upload period.

These instructions explain how to add, update and delete helpline information on the SP Directory for your Authority.

Please review the helplines that are currently set up on Directory for your authority and amend or delete any that are no longer correct. Please also add any additional helplines that could be helpful to users of the site who are looking at services in your area.
