Saving .csv files with quotes

Following a discussion where Dan Winter of Stockport SP Team kindly put up some code to resolve this issue we have created this document in order to help AA‘s who are having difficulty amending and then saving csv files. It appears that once a csv file is opened and then saved it loses the quotes around the fields so these steps ensure that this is corrected.
