Supporting People performance indicators- RECORD KEEPING WORKBOOK

This record-keeping workbook has been written as an aid for small to medium sized providers. It allows the provider to keep records of unit availability, staff and locum hours worked, the date when each service user signs up for the service or takes up their supported housing tenancy and the date when they depart. The workbook generates the data needed for the SPPI performance workbook and is not a return in itself. The workbook is intended as an option for providers to assist with record keeping and is not to be used as a compulsory record-keeping system or as a substitute for the SPPI return.
