Except in the case of 'Rough Sleepers', who should be referred via St
Mungo's Lambeth and Southwark Street population outreach team. Provides
outreach, assessment and ongoing support to 'entrenched' Homeless Rough
sleepers in the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. We regret that the
service is not able to respond to emergency accommodation needs. The team
operates via referral and street contact only. If you are concerned about
someone sleeping rough please contact the team on: 0207 840 3450.
