Complaints
If you are an existing Service User and are unhappy about any aspect of your support service provision, you should complain to your Service Provider in the first instance to give them the opportunity to put things right. All Supporting People Service Providers must have a published complaints procedure, and you can ask for your own copy.
If you have already complained and are still unhappy, you can contact us on 0161 770 8115 or e-mail supporting.people@oldham.gov.uk and we will follow it up on your behalf. Please be sure to tell us how you would like us to contact you, remembering your address and / or phone number.

Oldham Bond Scheme
The bond scheme is to help people who cannot afford the deposit needed to secure private rented accommodation. It is run by FCHO.

Oldham Reconnect is a mediation scheme run by DePaul Trust. It supports young people to remain at home by mediating with family and friends.
