Information which has been removed from the Supporting People Reports listed below is exempt pursuant to Sections 43 (2) (Commercial Interests) and Section 40 (2) (Personal Information) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the Act”). The overall contract price is discloseable but a further breakdown of the price which includes information such as the number of people being supported, the price per person per week and the numbers of full-time staff and managers is being withheld on the grounds that disclosure could prejudice future tenders for this type of work, and impact the Council’s ability to achieve best value. The decisions to withhold this information may be reviewed dependent on the length of the contract and the age of the report.
