Developed by Leeds City Council‘s Supporting People Team and Legal Department, this is the contract we are using in Leeds for ‘private‘ set-ups, where private individuals are supporting people in their own home. It is based on the standard Interim Contract with the parts that we felt were unreasonable to expect of private individuals removed.
