Abstract: This Provider Process Changes document has been developed as part of the Local Authority IT Options pack that has been produced to assist local authorities to develop their Supporting People IT plans. The source of the content of this document is the process design work that is scheduled to complete in early August. Local authorities and providers should be aware that the content of the document is therefore subject to change although the changes are not expected to fundamentally affect the high level design described. A definitive, baselined and formally approved version of the process designs will be released as part of the October Guidance material. It is to be anticipated that the process designs referred to herein will undergo both a change in content, to ensure for example consistency with related Guidance products, and a change in presentation style to ensure accessibility to the target audience.
