  This directory has been produced to help anyone advising vulnerable people and their carers about housing related support services in the borough of Rochdale.

• SP 3 Year Strategy 2008 - 2011 (July 2008)
  This Strategy provides an update on Rochdale’s Five Year Supporting People Strategy 2005/2010. It draws together work undertaken in the last year by the Supporting People team and partners and forms the basis for clear commissioning plans for the programme up to the end of March 2011.
