The St Helens Supporting People partnership wishes to commission an innovative housing-related support service for teenage parents. The new service will enable the provision of support in a range of housing circumstances – from an accommodation based service to floating support provision within the community. The contract will be for a fixed period of two years with an option to extend dependent on finance and performance.
