INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF HOUSING RELATED SUPPORT SERVICES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of the Nottinghamshire Supporting People Partnership is seeking suitably experienced organisations to tender for the provision of the following support contracts:
Housing Related Support Services for Young People– Contract Ref 0901
Lot 1 – Ashfield 24 hour supported accommodation - Kirkby in Ashfield
Lot 2 – Mansfield 24 hour supported accommodation – Sandfield Close
Lot 3 – Mansfield 24 hour supported accommodation – Commercial Gate
Lot 4 – Newark and Sherwood 24 hour supported accommodation
Lot 5 – Broxtowe 24 hour supported accommodation
Lot 6 – Mansfield supported accommodation
Lot 7 – Bassetlaw supported accommodation – Retford
Lot 8 – Newark and Sherwood supported accommodation
Lot 9 – Bassetlaw supported accommodation, Worksop and Retford
Lot 10 – Ashfield low level supported accommodation, dispersed across the district
Lot 11 – Mansfield low level supported accommodation
Lot 12 – Bassetlaw low level supported accommodation, dispersed across the district
Lot 13 – Newark and Sherwood low level supported accommodation, dispersed across the district
Lot 14 – Bassetlaw teenage parents supported accommodation
Lot 15 – Newark and Sherwood teenage parents supported accommodation
Lot 16 – Gedling teenage parents supported accommodation
Lot 17 – Ashfield and Mansfield floating support
Lot 18 – Bassetlaw and Newark and Sherwood floating support
Lot 19 – Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe floating support
It is anticipated the services will commence on 5th July 2010 unless stated otherwise in the service specification.
This is an open tender (single stage) the closing date for completed submissions is 18th January 2010.
