In North Tyneside we have developed an adhoc database, enabling LA to maximise there clarity of data of PI submissions received from Service Providers. What this database does is to use the EXTRACT .csv files and, illustrate where PI submission do not match quarter on quarter. Another area of development is that this database enables, accurate cost benchmarking of all Client Groups and Service Types.
