Change up in the South East

Change Up is a Government programme, led by the Home Office, to develop support infrastructure for voluntary and community sector organisations.  This would include many Supporting People providers, particularly those operating as voluntary not-for-profit organisations, charitable organisations and registered social landlords.  This includes work at the regional and local level to identify support needs and to plan at that level the infrastructure needed to meet them.
