Supporting People In Greenwich
Greenwich Council is responsible for running the Supporting People programme locally in partnership with the Greenwich Teaching Primary Care Trust and the London Probation Service. The Council also works closely with neighbouring local authorities in South London.
Greenwich Council and its partners share the following vision:
'Delivering good quality, cost effective and innovative housing related support services, through a strong partnership, to allow people who need such services to live independently.'
