The revised Audit Commission's key lines of enquiry (KLOEs) for the Supporting People programme have recently been posted on the kweb, unfortunately it stated that the author of the KLOEs is ODPM. Please note that this is incorrect and the document has been written and is owned by the Audit Commission.
The Key Line of Enquiry on value for money has recently been updated by the Housing Inspectorate. The Audit Commission will also be expanding the sector specific Key Line of Enquiry for Supporting People to take account of the value for money focus of the service review programme. Please note that both these Key Lines of Enquiry will be used by Inspectors to evaluate an administering authority's performance in delivering value for money in the Supporting People programme.
