Report of Supporting People Qualification Pilot

With support and sponsorship from ODPM, a pilot project has been carried out to test the desirability and practicability of establishing a Supporting People professional qualification. The attached report summarises the findings of the pilot, which indicate that a Supporting People qualification would be beneficial, and sets out next steps. Alongside this, we have also prepared an updated list of relevant vocational training units to assist individuals wishing to take forward vocational training in the meantime. This has also been posted on the spkweb.
